Refund & Returns Policy 

Authorization Advantage AI

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Authorization Advantage AI Shopify store. Please read it carefully before completing your order. 

1. Digital Products (Software, Licenses & Subscriptions) 

Because digital products are delivered electronically and access is granted promptly after purchase, all sales of digital products are final once access credentials or download links have been issued. 

• Refunds for digital products are generally not available after delivery. 

• If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or, at our discretion, issue a refund. 

• Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund prior periods already delivered. 

2. Physical Products 

If you purchase physical merchandise or materials: 

• You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect). 

• To initiate a return, email AuthorizationAdvantageAI@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. 

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. 

3. Defective or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a defective or incorrect physical product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable. 

4. How to Request a Refund 

• Email AuthorizationAdvantageAI@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. 

• We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. 

5. Chargebacks 

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to resolve legitimate issues directly and chargebacks may delay resolution.
