6. Digital Products, Licenses, and Access
For digital Products, software, AI tools, or access credentials: access is for personal or internal business use only unless otherwise stated; licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted; you may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the Product. Once access, download, or activation is provided, refunds are limited as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or Products will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authorization Advantage AI and its owners, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or Products.
